Atlanta Georgia – Georgia World Congress Center – Event Presence (EP) delivered its mobile telepresence turnkey solution to Microsoft. The solution included fifteen BeamPro units, Beam piloting stations, QR codes, Beacons, the talented EP Beam Pilot team and branding.
The Georgia World Congress Center welcomed the first full scale deployment of the Event Presence connectivity solution connecting all onsite Beams with its new LTE private network connection solution.

Santa Clara CA – May 2016 Event Presence included many VIP guests from around the world to participate with exhibitors via the Beam. The Internet of Things event is organized by Informa, the largest organizer of events in the world.
Event Presence is once again partnered with ACM supporting CHI 2016: the top conference for Human-Computer Interaction. EP is providing the mobile telepresence “Beam” to academia from around the world the ability to attend the annual conference.

Another high profile Conference incorporates Beams as a Service (BAAS) from Event Presence. Colleagues from around the world are scheduled to participate as attendees and in panel discussions. A new feature created by EP allows conference attendees to scan a dynamic QR code to obtain detailed information about the person on the Beam.
Beam Pilots can now socialize at events by filling out their Beam Profile. When a person scans the QR code on the Beam, select details about the Pilot are provided automatically to the scanning device.
As the conference developed individuals from around the world customized their Beam according to their personal preference. This allowed the conference associates to quickly determine what country or organization the Pilot originated from.
Event Presence created the “Beam Tour” to allow up to 1000 remote attendees to access one Beam. This allows events to substantially increase attendance, educate people efficiently about products and services. The Beam Tour opens a new way back stage to select individuals creating a revolutionary channel to satisfy “Super Fans”.
