Event Presence was created to advance the goal to redefine presence, by giving people the power to choose when and where to be present, regardless of geographic location.

Event Presence encompasses exhibit vertical technology pioneers with some of the most influential internet company founders to bring Smart Presence, the Beam, to meeting facilities, show management, exhibitors and attendees world-wide.

Event Presence and the Beam has aim to make fundamental quality of life improvements for citizens around the world through the deployment of Smart Presence.

 Pilot Network

We have a network of experienced Beam Pilots available to help you with your event.

Greeters –

Hire Beam Pilots to maneuver the Beam in a lobby or reception area. Our Pilots on your Beam can greet your guests and direct them to activities or locations within your event freeing you and your staff to be elsewhere.

Roamers –

Hire one or more Beam Pilots to drive Beams around your event. They will interact with your guests and disseminate any information you want them to share (e.g. “The keynote speaker begins in the Auditorium today at 10:00am”). Roaming Beam Pilots can keep your Beam unit active and alive between your own uses.

Industry Experts –

We are building a network of Beam Pilots through our Beam Certification Program We maintain a database of the skills and strengths of our Beam Pilots. For example, if you’d like a nutritionist roaming the aisles of your health products show, we just may have one.

				Commercial Pilots
Certified Commerical Pilot – Your ability to professionally operate and represent specific products on a Beam will be leveraged.				ü	ü	ü
Certified Jet Pilot – You’ll have specific business experience, education and talents that can be incorporated into specific events taking place around the world.					ü	ü
Certified Max Pilot – You’ll be able to be a Pilot instructor and you will can Beam in, domestic or international, you are qualified to represent industry specific tasks. Being proficient in multiple languages helps you to be rated as a Max Pilot.						ü
