Stanford Medicine X – Welcomes BeamPro as a solution for the Future
Sept 2015 – Medicine X is a catalyst for new ideas about the future of medicine and health care. The initiative explores how emerging technologies will advance the practice of medicine, improve health, and empower patients to be active participants in their own care. The “X” is meant to encourage thinking beyond numbers and trends—it represents the infinite possibilities for current and future information technologies to improve health.

BeamPro Works VMWorld 2015 – Moscone
The value of the BeamPro to show managers, booth builders, exhibitors and attendees continues to impress the exhibit world.
During the construction of the Dimension Data booth at VMWorld 2015, individuals responsible for the booth design were able to monitor the booth build process from outside California via a BeamPro. A new level of customer service and efficiency is demonstrated via the Beam.
Once the show opened, the BeamPro was available for remote booth staff and invited visitors from around the world to Beam to VMWorld 2015.

World Education Congress – WEC – Moscone
Moscone – San Francisco August 2015 – The annual World Education Congress (WEC) is the signature event through which MPI (Meeting Planners International) delivers top-rated education, networking and business opportunities to the meeting and event community.
Beams were at the event representing the Santa Clara Convention Center. The SCC garnered tremendous attention introducing the Beams as new technology for the meeting industry.

Samsung leverages BeamPro’s at the largest Flash Memory show in the world at the Santa Clara Convention Center.
Event Presence is pleased to have collaborated with Samsung, the leader in flash memory , to provide Beam technology at the important event in Silicon Valley. Samsung utilized the Beams to allow their clientele and others access to the Samsung booth and event via a Beam.

A New Era During Monterey Car Week – The Beams
Event Presence (EP) ushered in a new era during Monterey Car Week August 10-16 2015 by including Beams into the premiere events during the week.
Beam technology was active in the Monterey Conference Center, the Inn at Spanish Bay, Pebble Beach, the Media Center for the Concours dElegance, the Car Forum, the Retro Auto Exhibits, the Ferrari Parade retracing the road race of Pebble Beach, Rolex Reunion at Laguna Seca, the McLaren tent, Tesla tent and in a special motor home on the Beach!
